MDynaMix is a molecular dynamics suite. It was written in Fortran 77 and can run across many platforms (including clusters of workstations supporting parallel computing using MPI). However, you can work on a single processor under Linux or Windows. As a graphical shell for MDynaMix the Ascalaph package can be used.
